Plus, the general feeling here, at least in the small towns. I went on a hike a few days ago. No masks. People just don't care. They're wholly checked out.
Plus no curfew. People are gathering at Tim Hortons for Bible Studies. I'm one of them. We can take off our masks once we sit down.
