A well concealed lockable cabinet is the way to go imo. I cut out the drywall between the studs and mounted a cabinet inside and placed a sliding magnetically locked mirror in front.
So here's the thing. All safes are ass. They just can't be designed to hold up against a circular saw and a quality Diablo blade.
