The goal was to integrate more courses focusing on Indigenous history and covering more of Canada’s horrific past towards Indigenous peoples.

WTF? Canada's treatment of aboriginal peoples was admirable. It was not perfect, but it was better than other countries and far better than tribes treated each other. Aboriginals were given the right to vote from confederation if they met the qualifications required of a white and gave up their special status. Few wars were between whites and aboriginals. Wars between aboriginals were much more deadly. They received education and endless programs.

Hating whites is not education. It is racism.
