If anyone is in Alberta and has been following Deena Hinshaw’s daily press conferences, its pretty obvious she’s chock full of tranquilizers

• look at her eyelids, they’re always halfway closed

• everything she says is slow

• everything she says has a flat affect

Maybe the real reason half these conferences are late is because she’s waiting for the Ativan to kick in.
