Looks like Trudeau is gearing up for another constitutional challenge so he can finally implement the Federalist wet dream his daddy started.

I'm sure the provinces already have legislation drafted to forbid Municipalities from enacting any such bylaw. In the short term nothing will happen here other than a costly legal battle.
