From TPS New Release:

The accused, a 17-year-old boy of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

  1. Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
  1. Possession of a Firearm Knowing it is Unauthorized
  2. Possession of a Prohibited/Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
  3. Careless Storage of a Firearm
  4. Discharge Firearm being Reckless as to the Life or Safety of Another Person
  5. Aggravated Assault
  6. Criminal Negligence Causing Bodily Harm
  7. two counts of Fail to Comply with Release Order The news article mentioned some charges but left out the fact that he was on bail/probation. This shooting was brought to you by the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
