Ireland is just a tool to get my degree, only 2 semesters there rather than 4 or 5 as every other institution I've looked at for completing degrees. They offer a 1 to 1 transfer which is great. Germany is fucked if you're in former East Germany or berlin, according to friends I have there. Estonia is still based. I'm looking at Bavaria or Baden wurtemburg so those are fairly good.

Germany is federalized so they have less pull from the top as far as fuckery.
