I wonder if the BIPOC's will ever realize that they are being played for fools. The Government is literally saying - "these people are so intellectually inferior that there is no point holding them accountable. Let them kill each other and then we can get back to business. In the meantime, let's pretend to hold others to a higher standard - not that they'll ever go to jail for their crimes anyway". Something is up when you actually lower the bar for entire races of people.
