I often wonder what kind of deficet thugs like this one rack up on society. Its one thing to not contribute to society and to take every handout available but the costs of police investigations, the courts and jail systems is a complete drain on a functioning society. Add to that the social costs of people no longer feeling safe to leave their homes.

This is never brought up when leftists suggest bigger budgets to throw more money at the black community as a means of solving its cultural problems.
