No, that was me who reversed his ban a couple hours later because a couple of people appealed on his behalf.That's why it says "Omegacanada's moderators".
And it was only a one day ban. Not a permanent ban

That's what I get for reversing myself and being the nice guy in the end I guess. Lesson learned.
