I guess that only matters if you have an employer. There's nothing wrong with being an employee, but it seems pretty evident to me that this man is self employed and marches to the beat of his own drum. You should try it instead of making dumb comments like this one. I don't even like neck tattoo's and think they look horrible as well, but your comment only amplifies the exact message he's sending.
