I hate stuff like this, corporate marketing fluff coated in visually appealing graphics, charts and vaguely relevant/inspirational quotes to hide the fact the the center is mostly hollow with no real substance other than bullshit.

This kind of stuff is made by office drone bean counters with no real world experience of any kind. The kind of people who have only been to school, people who are mostly unnecessary in society and don't actually produce anything aside from little presentations like this crap.
