About 20% lower than the average for the rest of the country, I live in a medium sized town in NS about 50k ppl university an all that, and the work is all retail shit , you're doing very well if u make 15/hour here , the only ppl who really live well is drs lawyers and govt employees and they live like kings in comparison to the average household income of like ,50 to 60k a year... Houses r cheap my place was just apprised 4bed 2 bath plus a 1 bedroom rental in the basement and 1/2 an acre of land is valued at 220k. To give u a basic idea, oh also there's no conservative people around at all it's all libs and commie ndpers
That's whay they said about Vancouver. I got it of there 2 years ago, prices are still crazy now.

Germans are buying up a lot of property in Cape Breton. Halifax/HRM is China territory. They are doing what they did in Vancouver and Toronto, etc.
