Best way to hamper white people is to make them the enemy of everyone else. Whites make up72% of North America. Need a lot of hate to keep that demographic divided.

Very Specific Social Justice Groups from White, Black, Arab, East Indian, Asian and North American Indians are targeting all white people as Colonial murderers.

Unfortunately many white people and many POC will not recognize that this is all contrived.
