Also, even if the density sits at 20-25 in GTA, (Average 22.5 just by your numbers) that still sits about the same as Sweden and they have roughly the same numbers without the mandates. That should have been at the beginning of my response. The mandates are not significant enough to warrant repeated lockdowns. They do more damage than good.
