Fact is you will never see your enemy or be within the same room as them. If your ever walking around in Europe and happen to see a Rothchild walking around or Soros or someone like that the best hope you could ever have to attack your enemy is probably to run and stab it with anything you have and bite the neck. Its guards will kill you so just get some arteries as best you can and poke eyes if all the strength you have left is to enough move a hand. They are old and any damage you can do would help.
