But go up a level in the fractal and we may find that this being is, as in the example of the creator of the computer, just some rando who made something, and is completely mortal in his own cosmos.
The thing is, an infinitely and eternally high god cannot be chained and contained by dogma involving a bizarre, inhuman story about a virgin birth and a blood sacrifice to atone for sin.
Once you start talking about infinity and eternity, all logic breaks down. Is that where faith comes in? My faith tells me that whatever god is, we're part of it, only so as not to spoil the play, we've chosen to forget it while we're "alive" here.
