You cannot divorce humans from their biological reality. Humans living today are the result of an evolutionary process. No societal 'patriarchy' has the kind of ability to alter all human biology (the brain is also an organ last I checked)

Many (if not most) women do have a inherent drive to reproduce and when that is taken from them in favour of a 'career', when they are told that the desire to have kids is not natural and the byproduct of oppression, it will cause psychological damage.

There are a ton of other examples, but the basic point is that humans are not simply social constructs. There is a long biological process that makes us the way we are, yet the postmodernists are more than willing to deny reality to push their destructive ideologies.
