Trudope only replaced judges which hit that age and if he wins the next election (or doesn't even trigger one), he will have the opportunity to replace another two judges appointed by Harper. Abella will be 75 this year and Moldaver will be 75 next year.
This is not true. The lifetime appointment ended in 1927. Since then judges have to retire when they are 75 years old.

Don't tell me it can't happen in this crazy world. If gender can be a social construct, so can age.
