This Cocksucker bully-cult cop should be charged with assault. If his boss won't do it, his parents can lay a private charge of assault (and any variations thereof that might apply) with the local Justice of the Peace. They should also personally sue the officer(s) involved, forcing him to drag in his police union for defence costs. This can be done, it's not wishful thinking. Don't needs other cops approval, or a lawyer. More info out there on how to do this properly; just don't have it handy. If his father won't do it, then he should check his bottom-surgery for leaks, and his kid is lost. Anyone try anything like this and have any wisdom to share?
