451.1 (1) If the Lieutenant Governor in Council considers that it is necessary or desirable in the provincial interest to do so, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may make regulations imposing limits and conditions on the powers of a municipality under sections 9, 10, 11 and 129, Part IV or IX.1 or section 400.1 or providing that a municipality cannot exercise the powers in prescribed circumstances. 2006, c. 32, Sched.
