  • Shouldn't have been held in Minneapolis.
  • Jury should have been sequestered
  • US representatives publicly inciting riots in the event of a not guilty verdict on any one of the charges.

Any one of these is grounds for it to be overturned on appeal. The judge strongly hinted yesterday that this was what the defense should do.
