Time to amend that line from 'Rule Britannia'

It's just gonna motivate people to go to 3rd world countries, bribe a local nurse or doctor, and get a note saying you got the pfizer or astrazeneca version. Considering the amount of health insurance fraud I've seen here in Toronto with "white" medical professionals, this was doomed to fail from the start.

This "vaccine passport" thing is never going to be efficient enough to force compliance from those who don't want it.
