CBC gets a lot of hate because it's tax payer funded. But the privately owned TV stations like CP24, Global and CTV are pretty fucking bad in their own right.
CNN and MSNBC are both privately owned as well and they are God awful. PBS is public but they receive donations from Johnson & Johnson. lmao. If you defunded CBC, they would just get their money from Big Pharma just like PBS.
Big corporations and the government are in bed with each other.
Citytv is no longer the same company as CP24. Citytv was bought by Rogers when CHUM Television was split up. If you remember, this was when the last Independent Media voice was silenced. CP24, Much, Bravo!, Space, etc, plus CKVR, CKVU, etc were all bought by CTV, and later sold to BellGlobeMedia. When CTV bought it (ca. 2007), the voice was muffled, and when Bell bought them (ca. 2009), it was silenced. Citytv has always been in-your-face media, and indeed, they have been trying to cover all the rallies, but are being “misinformed” by some police. Some, not all, mind you. CP24, however, is a lost cause. I am not condoning Rogers here, but CP24 is not Citytv!

Everywhere you go where you see this on POLITELY ASK THE OWNER TO CHANGE THE CHANNEL OR TURN THE TV OFF.
Never forget how much the NDP helped Morgantaller as well. They sure love their child sacrifice.
Jeanie bekker was the first person i noticed promoting the bizarre fashion trend and the feminine men push.
