They care not about human life. I've seen this in Canadian hospitals for decades. The condescending, intolerant attitude towards the sick and needy in our health "care" system. I could share stories all week about their atrocities but I'll leave this one:
I had a female friend who had just given birth and decided to visit her during her week stay in the hospital. Now this was at the time when Ralph Klein decided to freeze salaries of many within the government including health care to help save the Alberta economy.
So anyway she has a problem with the breastfeeding so I tell her to buzz the nurse and so she does and I go hide behind the entrance door to give her some privacy. The head nurse shows up and begins to tear the younger nurse a new hole. She didn't know I was there right beside her and this is what I heard.
angry HN "What are you doing here"
Other nurse now scared "Well she needed help and rang for me"
HN "Well let her ring and ring, but don't you go see her until her finger is bleeding and she is crying. Then you tell her you would like to help but Ralph took away our money and we don't have enough nurses to help. Tell her to contact his office if you want help"
This was the Grey Nuns in Edmonton.
I have friends who were nurses so I contacted them later that day and they told me they were given the same message. Treat the patients like garbage and blame Ralph to get their money back. Well they got their money back, but they never stopped treating the sick like garbage. Now I see this used everywhere in government departments including policing. Let everything go to crap and blame the government to get more money, but the worst to me is the medical system that takes the hypocrite oath "do no harm".
