Here is how you do this, and legally.

1. Seek out a friend with a Pal
2. determine the gun you want
3. have him buy the gun on his/her credit card
4. have them store the gun for you
5. have them take you to the gun club and learn how to shoot
6. Reimburse them for the purchase
7. Apply for you PAL
8. once you have your pal, store gun safely and securely.

No laws broken, A licensed PAL holder can take a unlicensed person to the range and supervise them while they shoot. Just don't store the firearm.
