No vaccines have ever been 100% effective or remotely close to that. Even mmr etc regularly have outbreaks in 100% vaccinated populations (they conveniently leave that part out when discussing the evil antivaxxers allegedly causing the spread). Flu vaccine shilled annually is routinely sub20% effective and they know it will be useless before advertising and spending $100 million on the campaign but do it anyways. Take a look at mortality rates for diseases we vaccinate for over time and then the dates the vaccines are introduced to see just how effective they've historically been - virtually all were wiped out and nonfactors years before vaccine introduced. Yet they keep pushing the idea that they are the only thing keeping people alive in modern world.
