This is where I have difficulty seeing a s.7 argument being successful. It may well come down to how many restrictions (and the severity of the restrictions) are placed on one’s liberty for not being vaccinated. To support their position the government will rely on other valid restrictions placed on people who have not had certain more conventional vaccines. The debate may then shift to whether forcing a person to have an experimental vaccine in order to enjoy liberty and security is reasonable. Not a slam dunk by any stretch.
