If I wanted to create a race war, I would write hate literature like this government document. It doesn't matter which race I target because hate always begets hate. The government should be doing the exact opposite of this: emphasizing the cooperation of the races. Leftist call that 'racism' now.
They purposely create racial and other divisions and then offer themselves as the only political party that can solve the problem. It’s so transparent yet many can’t see it.
