Nova Scotia has regional lockdowns. If you try to drive 45 mins away, the police are there to arrest you and road stops and checkpoints. Grocery stores close early. You can basically count on one hand the number of cases and only halifax has them out of an entire province.
Now that's what actual oppression looks like.
