If this shit makes me sick as fuck like how the side effected peoples numbers than the actual deaths, can i hold my company liable for damages and sue the complete shit out of them to the point they just turn the building over to me?

Only government can push for that otherwise the company will be liable for the vacine and they wont. I myself work construction in quebec and been working for the biggest jobsite and the company will never ask us to get the jab. Call your union they will fight for you.
