If this shit makes me sick as fuck like how the side effected peoples numbers than the actual deaths, can i hold my company liable for damages and sue the complete shit out of them to the point they just turn the building over to me?

The way all the tradesmen are talking of doing a total walkout if they try to do this. Nobody has been sick at all since the building im working in has been under construction since last year. We need masks because of all the concrete & drywall dust, but as far as required in the building, at all times, the more day by day is going on we see less mask usage.
