Absolutely correct. Eliminate the red tape, simplify procedures, adopt competitive tax rates, try to eliminate provincial trade barriers, get out of the way and let businesses invest and grow.
I don’t care too much about politics. I care more for economics and having a strong economy. I favor private enterprise over government involvement in the economy. I suggested nothing that leaned toward big or small government outside the economic area. In terms of business, I’d prefer the government make doing business as easy as possible. Promote real competition. That it cut red tape and taxes for businesses. That it let businesses run their show with little regulation. Follow the system used in parts of Scandinavia, Hong Kong, Singapore, among others. For other areas I don’t care if government is big.
