Frankly we might even see Chinese stop coming here, then slowly move back East (Chinese are not happy with the demographic situation in the GTA either).
Chinese already got Vancouver taken care of. They'll likely stay there. They can use high pricing and living expenses to keep the poor Pajeets out of BC. There's plenty of mid to low level CCP officials with a ton of money who want to retire out in the West because they don't want to risk their assets being seized by the CCP. That's why they all buy up all the properties and send all their kids to Universities here.
I thought about Australia as well. Especially given that it is a common-wealth country.
Based on the stuff that happened there during COVID however, plus the large influx of Chinese, combined with the expensive cost of living, and now Hollywood elite flocking there, it's so-so now.
I'm curious to see where Australia ends up in the next decade.
