You are describing hierarchy in general, there will always be rich and poor, local government and world powers, these things haven't changed.
The difference is that in the traditional capitalist system, you can learn a skill or start a business and grow your wealth. Many people who began dirt poor in life accumulated wealth and became wealthy. In fact, most of the top 10% of earners in the USA/Canada didn't start there, they worked their way up.
In the New World Order, there will be no economic mobility. The rich will stay rich and the poor will remain poor. We will lose our working class and middle class comforts such as multi-room homes, and protein rich food in favour of shared accommodation and less sustaining food (bugs, yum)
Eventually they want to abolish the concept of ownership, making the majority of people serfs. "You will own nothing, and you will be happy."
