Your "hook" when you first posted (on Reddit) was implying you were going to discuss the problems in retirement homes. Based on the many issues over the last year with covid, the seniors who died due to neglect in LTC, the government's lack of attention to the problem and the need for advocacy for elders, people were interested in what you had to say. Many are faced with either getting to the age of needing assistance, or have parents requiring placement somewhere and need to have vital information on the MAJOR problems in these places, not whether there are personality issues or empty coffee pots. Your story is really a personal rant on how you are being treated, and allowing yourself to be treated, which of course is important to you. But it isn't discussing the problem of senior advocacy and health and safety issues, which many thought you were going to address.
