I would have chased skills, not money. High salaries and commission cheques are temporary and can be taken from you at a moment’s notice. I could have been a plumber, carpenter and electrician by now. Get real skills that will serve you post-collapse. What good is a real estate agent to any post-collapse remote community?

Also I would have planned my exit out of Canada, enrolled in the lottery immigration system.

Also I would have avoided a hedonistic lifestyle and pursued God and virtue.

Avoid debt. Save. Invest. Read more books.
