Ottawa Public Health is racist. They blame all problems on whites. There is no evidence that the death rate for students in the Kamloops Residential School was higher than for other aboriginal children in BC of that time. If there were any such evidence, SJWs would be proclaiming it incessantly. These deaths were a great tragedy, as were all the other death from the frequent plagues of the time that effected aboriginals so disproportionately. But to blame that force of nature on whites is racism, plain and simple.
