2000 - Reform becomes Canadian Alliance, and moves further left - Liberals win yet another Majority
2004 - Alliance and PC's merge, forming todays CPC under Harper - Liberals win a minority
2006 - CPC forms weakest minority government in history
2008 - Yet another CPC minority
2011 - First CPC Majority in 18 years
Is this correct? If the 2011 entry is right then the 1993 entry is wrong.
What do you mean? PC had a majority government from 1984 to 1993. They won their next majority in 2011. 18 years later.
Ok. Got it. Was thinking the timing between winning majorities.
