They are not dragging it down. They make record revenues and profits each year.

They now try to prevent others from rising by facilitating law changes that would mean they have to hire more diversity

There are no such laws in the US. All of that is done voluntarily. And I don't think you understand Start-Up culture in the US. No one of them wants to be a competitor to Google or Facebook. They want to be bought up.

They're not truly successful by a long shot.
