If they're are jogging through construction sites at night and have hammers in their hands then, well, yes. There is a slight risk of being shot.
This may also explain why they are reluctant to hold a steady job, hold a door open for someone, hold their temper or be around to hold their new born babies.
This is the reality. Waving guns around in public while shooting rap videos and then when the cops pull up they get in their faces and start fights with the cops with guns drawn on them. Happened a few days ago in Toronto.
