How does one determine "work of equal value"?
In a sane world? The market does. The gubmint? I dunno, maybe the crazy HR lady.
Well first you must earn a degree in man-hating. Then you know you ar justified in ignoring market forces because they were created by the 'patriarchy'. Finally determine all female-dominated jobs are 'under paid' while all male-dominated jobs are over paid.
"increase compensation for the predominantly female job classes that are comparatively underpaid"
So secretaries deserve the same pay as the top engineers at their firm make? Sounds very equal to me.
Except 'Employment Equity'/anti-male quotas but him at the rear of the hiring promotion queue.
More obstacles for the small business owner to overcome in Canada

The excruciatingly high electricity prices?
Our weak dollar? Didn’t they just print a bunch of money and plan in their budget to spend as much as all previous administrations in the history of Canada combined?
Our ridiculous taxes on everything?
Walmart Costco and Home Depot are killing it though
Yep. The costly bureaucracy and litigation that these ever-changing, anti-white, anti-male laws require would keep any reasonable company out of Canada. Most manufacturing has left the country in the last few decades while the USA has jobs galore.
This is what happens when a generation of bullied kids gets power of government and hr departments
All of this bs
