With the new rules allowing 2 days after polls close to receive mail in ballots, I forsee a Liberal majority. Unless they need to make more ballots then citizens to win that is, even then ... with provincial cpc on board with mandatory vaccines who's left? PPC is the only choice
Ok I was wrong, the bill wasn't passed in time before parliament broke for summer. So they will accept mail in ballots until the polls close, and to expect 3-5 days for them to count them under the current system.
Still I feel like the fix must be in or Trudeau wouldn't be calling for the election now.

That's because they expect many more mail-in ballots in this election than in prior elections. And they have to check the ID, if they voted in person, if everything is filled out and so on. With the old system in place this can take some time.
If PPC get's 3% of the vote, that could make all the difference and send us towards a blocked internet with government internment facilities rather than a CPC run country which would be "an ok place with some major faults".

That's not true. If you vote by mail, the deadline is when the polls close.

The election is an illusion, just like everything in current year. I cant fathom how stupid the average Canadian voter is.
The days of selecting your government are long gone. We work for them now.
