PPC is also adding new voters. People seem to forget that 33% of voters didn't vote in 2019, so PPC isn't necessarily pulling from anyone but adding voters who never cared about politics until their rights were threatened. I do think some of CPC gains are from Liberals who are fed up with Trudeau. Ham would say that's good because it's all about winning. But those people won't be demanding O'toole to stop vaccine passports and lockdowns, in fact they'll cheer for it.
