It’s completely absurd. Unvaccinated canadian citizens are supposed to quarantine for 14 days and do 3 PCR tests: before boarding, on arrival and on day 8 after arrival.
It’s even more bizarre than that. Going (via automobile) to the States soon. Daughter, fully “vaccinated” has to test before and after returning to Canada but will not have to quarantine. Spouse unvaccinated but had positive PCR within last six months, will not have to test before or after returning but will have to quarantine. Go figure.

Faking of the Vax cards is an IQ test. My belief is they want fake vax cards , so the next move can be more draconian.
