There's something not right about the number of "deaths". Alberta has a similar population to Norway, similar case counts, and similar vaccination rate. Norway is opening up and has almost no deaths, Alberta has 20+ deaths per day and supposedly is in crisis. in Canada hospitals don't test vaccinated people for covid in hospital if they are beyond a sniffle.
You'll have to back that up. Canada has 13 different healthcare systems. There is no country-wide blanket protocol for dealing with covid in healthcare systems, like there is in Federally controlled and/or regulated offices.
