When was that ever a conspiracy theory? Obesity has been mentioned as a comorbidity repeatedly in the past:

Anything that ran counter to vaccines being the only option was a "conspiracy theory".
Vaccines weren't the only option. There was all that stuff about social distancing, mask wearing, hand washing, lockdowns, etc.
And how can an idea that was supported in main stream science journals be a conspiracy theory?
