Unvaccinated cases: It says an unvaxed person definition includes someone with one dose, but it hasn’t been 21 days after their first dose. (Bottom of page 21)
I can’t imagine unvaxed people rushing out to take all these covid tests.
However, These unvaccinated covid cases could be because the unvaxed are being forced to take tests daily or weekly for work…?
Plus they go for testing because they get the symptoms.
