"This recommendation is based on very low certainty evidence of reduction in hospitalization, and the need for outpatient treatment options with a reasonable safety profile during an anticipated spike in COVID-19 cases due to the Omicron variant."
Dr. Pierre Kory has Fluvoxamine (Prozac) as part of his MATH+ Protocol (hospitalization) and the I-MASK+ Protocol (early treatment). I-MASK+ calls for it as a second line of defense if the first 5 days show no benefit. But Kory mentioned to on Joe Rogan that the efficacy of it was discovered by observing that patients in mental institutions weren't getting sick with covid where as the doctors were.
Edit: It is important to note, Fluvoxamine is not recommended for long term use.
It's just like cortical steroids have tremendous benefits for treating things with low-risk for short term use, but have potentially dangerous side-effects from long term use.
meanwhile taking 4000 IU of vitamin D3 every day has no side effects and people could have been doing this based on evidence from early on in the "pandemic"...
