Today, India's Supreme Court said rationale for vaxx mandates falls apart in the face of “emerging scientific opinion”; the risk of COVID transmission from vax free on par with that from the fully vaxed. Denying access to freedom of movement to vax free is "disproportionate" and unscientific. (mobile.twitter.com)

Supreme Court of India: “With respect to bodily integrity and personal autonomy of an individual...we are of the opinion that bodily integrity is protected under Art 21 (right to life) of the Constitution and no individual can be forced to be vaccinated".
